Pre-Summit Activities - Milap Bhojak

Activity 1. Teach basics of Internet to at least 2 adults : 

My father having Business and mother is Principal. As i know what they are facing problems in their routine life. And i figured out how they could solve problems using Google Products. 

Things that i taught to my mom :)

• I taught to my mom how to use Google drive for sharing document through their whole staff and how more than one people could work on single document. 
• As well as i taught one more way of Google Drive. How to take weekly test using Google forums and how to share their answers with different faculties.
• I also told her to adopt Google Apps for Educations in her school So students and all staff could get connected to internet and make their life easier. 

Things that i taught to my dad :)

• First of all I told him about Google's awesome initiative India Get your Business online. It's providing free website with .in domain, email address, and free online tools and resources. 
• After that i taught him how to Google Ad sense works and how it could  benefit for us. 
• How Google+ is helpful in business.

Activity 2. Generate one or more academic and creative videos, that can help others learn :

Me and one of my friend Huzefa got an idea to teach new programming languages like Java, Python, Angular.js, Node.js, Dart, Scala so we created Youtube channel and we decided to put first Java's lecture. 

Now how we are deciding Content? So here we ask in our college what they want to learn and according to their need we create video tutorials and upload on Youtube. 

Our main AIM is to fill gap between what industries adopting recent technology and what university is serving. Here we are putting Tutorials on our You tube channel since 3 week back.

Kalyani Vaishnav is Assistant Professor at Unjha Home Science Girls College, Gujarat. She faced some  problems during her 20+ year of Teaching journey. Problem about Whiteboard Teaching Scheme. She decided to walk with 21st century. She Started her PhD on "Effectiveness of conventional teaching and computer assistance plan instructions". She's sharing her Life story. :)
